These terms govern your use of https://toplimo.se and any chauffeur service booked through Toplimo International AB. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings and quotes
Submitting the contact form is a booking enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only once our concierge team has responded with a fixed price and pickup details in writing (email or message).
Pricing
Quoted prices are fixed and all-inclusive for the itinerary described at the time of booking. Changes to pickup location, route, waiting time, or passenger count after confirmation may result in a revised quote.
Chauffeur conduct and vehicle standards
Every chauffeur is vetted before joining our roster. Every vehicle is inspected and detailed before each booking. If a vehicle or driver does not meet the standard described on this site, contact us directly so we can address it.
Liability
Toplimo International AB carries standard commercial vehicle insurance for passenger transport. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or airport/airline disruptions — though our flight-tracking process is designed to absorb these where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
